CellBadge does not share or sell community data. CellBadge only collects publicly available information to identify and validate facility access primarily including Last Name and Street Address.

All data utilized by CellBadge services are publicly available and include name, address, email, phone numbers and age categories that make up households. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, address, email, phone numbers and age categories that make up households). This information is used to validate access to your community amenities and contact you about the products/services required for access. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18 (a "Child"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") from any Child. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. Parents and guardians have the right to edit their Child's Personal Data, or to ask us to delete such data. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a Child without verification of consent from the parental or guardian, we have the option to communicate with that parent or guardian to notify them that we have collected their Child's Personal Data, and to confirm how such Personal Data should be handled.

All data is stored on a Cloud-based Microsoft Azure SQL Server database, secured by firewalls, regularly backed up and constantly monitored for malicious activities with industry standard Cloud-based monitoring.
